ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO THEY STARTED WITH THE “RUG CLEANING” BUSINESS. That grew from one Truck to 11 in about 6 years, they added Water Damage Restoration to the Business, they had many water flooding issues that their Customers wanted them to take care of, they became a leader in the area for Cleaning up Water Damage. For years this was the foundation of their Business. Their Customers were always asking them to recommend vendors for other needed Services. Most of these requested Services were related to the Life Safety Products & Services.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER SALES & SERVICES IS ONE OF THE MOST DEMANDED SERVICES. Fire Extinguisher need to be Inspected, tested & tagged every year. The Seller has about 6 Profit Centers just for his Fire Extinguisher Group. That includes Selling Fire Extinguisher & Related Life Safety products to General Contractors and others in the Construction Industries. Everyone with a Building is a potential customer. Government regulations, Insurance requirement and common sense require all Extinguishers must be inspected each year. The sale of New Extinguishers is about 40% of the sales for this group and has a 110% mark-up. The Distributorships of the Manufactured Products add value to this Business. BUILDING FIRE ALARMS MUST BE INSPECTED EVERY YEAR. This area of the Business is another 8 plus Profit Centers. Every Building has several Inspections that must tale place each year, besides the Fire Alarms & Fire IDEOdevices which protect the Public Water systems & the commercial Kitchen Fire Suppression systems that are in all food kitchens including Churches & schools with Kitchens.

WE DO INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL ALARM SUSTEMS. About 80% of all Sales efforts are directed towards Commercial Businesses, with that said about 50% of the Alarms connected to one of our “Partners” Central Stations are Residential Alarms. That is because all our Commercial Customers live in a home and they want their Commercial Alarm Company to protect their Home. We also work with Nationwide Multi-Location Businesses to service their Businesses in our expanded Market area. Much of this work is done for National Service Companies which is profitable Business.

CCTV – VIDEO & AUDIO SOUND SYSTEMS ARE VERY ACTIVE LARGE PROFIT CENTERS. We have “Partners” who do most of our Alarm Work as Sub-Contractors. These Contractors are called “Partners” because we have has long-term relationships and we make sure that are customers are happy with the quality of our work. We maintain the relationship with all our Customers, and they know that any problems or issues are always taken care of. We have a special Central Station Partner that does several different levels of Video Monitoring. Many Video Customers monitor their Cameras on their smart phones.
