LET’S TAKE A QUICK LOOK AT THE CALL CENTER OR WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO CALL “OUR INTERNET MARKETING CENTER”. The Central Station today has 2 People, Central Station Operators that by UL requirements must be in the Central Station 24/7. It is estimated that they will spend about 1/3rd of their time handling Alarm-Signals and communicating with the monitoring customers. They will spend 2/3rd of their time doing selected “INTERNET MARKETING”. They will be sending proven “E-Mails” to Thousands of Prospects, that will become Monitored Customers or “PARTNERS” in many of our Programs. This Mid-Western Central Station will become the # ONE Central Station, for Electrical Contractors who want to Monitor the Fire Alarms that they Sell, Install, and do required Annual Inspections and Service. These Electrical Contractors will be come “Partners” of Life Safety USA and we will do this monitoring on a Nationwide Basis. Every Major City Nationwide has and endless list of prospects that will be communicated with by a growing group of Central Station Operators – who are “Internet Sales Communicators.

ONE OPTION A NEW OWNER OF THIS CENTRAL STATION SHOULD WANT TO LOOK AT IS BRINGING IN 4 “PARTNERS” WHO OWN THEIR OWN LIFE SAFETY BUSINESSES AND HAVE THOUSANDS OF MONITORED CUSTOMERS. These Alarm-Security Business owners, own the Telephone numbers that the monitored Alarms are connected to, a simple move of the phone lines brings all those accounts to their New Central Station. These Life Safety Investors & Owner-Operators have many reasons to make a change. They will get special pricing as an Owner, their cost to monitor their accounts will be at low rates, but profitable. THIS NATIONWIDE CENTRAL STATION WILL BECOME THE NUMBER ONE CENTRAL STATION PROVIDING MANY SERVICES TO THE FIRE SPRINKLER INDUSTRIES. 99% of all Fire Sprinkler Systems in the United States must be monitored by a UL approved Central Station. Dennis Riley owned A Fire Sprinkler Business, he knows this Life Safety Industry well and many of the Industries Leaders. Fire Sprinkler People know a lot about Water Running Thru Pipes, but they do not know about “Low Voltage” running thru Wires or “Radio Signals”. They are looking for the “Relationship” we will offer them thru are “Internet Marketing”. The Fire Sprinkler People get a lot of leads for Alarms, Video, Access Control and many other Life Safety Services they do not wish to provide. They all need a “Partnership” relationship with our Life Safety USA partners. Half of all Fire Sprinkler Companies today give away their monitoring to ADT or others for FREE, they are lucky if they get a “Fruit Basket” for Christmas. FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANIES ON A LOCAL & NATIONWIDE BASIS CAN HELP YOU GROW YOUR “PROFIT CENTERS” AND A GOOD GROWING NET PROFITS. About 50% of all businesses have Alarm Systems, about 100% must have the required Fire Extinguishers, and they must be inspected & serviced each year. Every one of our “Associated” Alarm-Security “Partners” must consider to Buy a Fire Extinguisher Company, or start one from “Scratch” or find that right large Fire Extinguisher Company that can become your “Partner”. I want to give you a lot of information that can be very valuable to you about getting Fire Extinguisher People to be one of your Best Sales Lead Developers. You would be very happy if you had a large Fire Extinguisher Business that had many trucks on the road servicing thousands of Commercial Customers. MANY LOCKSMITH SHOPS ARE GETTINY INTO THE ALARM-SECURITY BUSINESS. That gives you many additional locksmith that should become your Central Station New Dealers. They will still want you to handle their Leads that they can not handle. These are always growing relationships that work well for both parties. Anytime a new Business owner leases a building or store front, they call a locksmith to rekey the locks. Those leads from the Locksmiths have found me hundreds of new monitored accounts. One of my sales programs that motivated locksmiths to call me more often was to share some of the R.M.R. (reoccurring Monthly Revenue) with them with a cash-out at a later date. The average large City has maybe 40 Locksmith shops, you should be able to find the 4 or 5 that you can work with and be one of your New Partners. In these 12 “Documents” I am sending to you I talk a lot about “PARTNERS”. Please let me define that word “Partners”, it can mean many different Things. They may own 100% of their Business and you probably own 100% of your Business. You are not ownership “Partners”. We like to use the word “Partners” instead of Sub-Contractors, Partners take better care of our Customers then Sub-Contractors. Partners can be Electricians, other Alarm Companies, Locksmiths or anyone in the Life Safety Businesses. Sometimes we call employees “partners’.

WE CAN WRITE DOZENS OF PAGES ABOUT OUR CENTRAL STATIONS AND THEIR “PROFIT CENTERS”. Every thing that we do with the Central Station can compliment all of our other nearly 25 Profit Centers. “Cross Marketing” is one of our most valuable terms, every time we are helping a Customer with one of their Life Safety Products or Services, we have the opportunity to talk about one or more of our “Profit Centers” they have or need. We are always looking to replace any Life Safety Vendors who are doing a poor job. Most all Fire Sprinkler Companies are Master Plumbers which means that they all have to Sell, install, inspect & Repair Water Backflow Systems & Devices. These are very Profitable Profit Centers and the “Cross Marketing” of the Water Backflow Customers gets us many more Monitored Alarm Customers. Our “Internet Marketing” Group in the Central Station will always be going down New Roads. One morning The General Manager or the New Owner of a Life Safety Business is going to get up, come into their office and meet with his or her staff and say, “I have decided we are going to be the Number One Life Safety Business in our market area to protect Churches, religious institutions and their schools. When I did that 20 years ago, in about 2 years I had protected over 70 of those churches plus. The Central Station Internet Marketing Center will send out the “Eye Catching” e-mails that will get the leads for your sales People who know how to close. The Next Month you can start focusing on the Nursing Homes and other Medical Businesses. Make sure you put a person in charge of each Project.
