THIS IS NOT S FRANCHISE IT IS A “DEALER AGREEMENT” AND THE FOLLOWING IS SOME OF THE SUGGESTED AGREEMENT. This Business this year will do over $1 Million in annual earned Commissions and the Owners net is over $400,000. We Now have over 40 Businesses For Sale about half those Listings are poor Listings and probably will not SELL, we do not spend much time looking for Buyers for “Over Priced” Listings and Businesses with many Problems and low or no profit Businesses, we invest our time SELLING Businesses that are fairly priced and our quality Businesses.

Most Listings that are being sold for under $1 Million Dollars (The “Mom & Pop “Businesses), we earn a Gross 10% Commission, Most all Brokers get 30% on the Listing side and 30% if they find & handle the Buyer or 60% when they handle both sides. The other 40% is split between the “Partners” after paying Expense. We have learned many “Things” in the past 17 year plus, and one of the most important things we learned is it is easier and much more rewarding Listing and SELLING Multi-Million Dollar Listing that mostly Sell for $1 Million to $15 Million or higher, for those Listing we receive an 8% Commission and never below 6% for the Higher Priced Businesses. The Commission Pay Checks for Listing and Selling Businesses, some also Selling the Property with the Business are much higher than Selling Homes.

All Major Cities have thousands of Realtors Listing & Selling Homes, Business Brokerage we consider non-competitive. You may have a Hundred Business Brokers who say they list & Sell Business, about 20% of those Brokers get about 80% of the sale, if you get up in the morning and put out an aggressive effort you will make a very good living and should go into “Retirement “ with a Million plus Dollars in your “Retirement Investments.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT VALUES OF OUR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT is the fact that We the Sellers will hold a note for more that half of the Purchase price and we only receive payments on the note when we are active in helping you get transactions done. We get about 20% of your net proceeds against the note each time you get a settlement. We will always be suggesting “Things” you can do to always improve the numbers of your settlements and make higher income. We will be suggesting many ways to help you find and hire additional commissioned Brokers with skill levels to find Seller who are ready to List with us. We have no problem finding Buyers, but it takes a special effort to find the Sellers.

You will want to ask our Management Team and your Partners on how we use Trade Associations to find many of our Sellers & Buyers. You will want to ask us about how Immigration Attorneys help us find many quailed & motivated Buyers. Our Wall Street Investors our Great Motivated Buyers with the Funds to get Large settlement done.
